Can I return my purchase if I change my mind?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods. You will receive a refund/exchange if the products are returned immediately in their original, unworn, resalable condition (subject to approval by management). There is no refund or exchange on sale items.

My purchase is faulty, what do I do?
If you receive an item that has been damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receiving. Management will advise on further instructions.

Do you deliver?
Yes we offer local delivery within a 30km radius for purchases over $50. Simply use code 'HOMEDELIVERY' at checkout. Purchases under $50 will have an $8 delivery fee. 
Please contact us for delivery to other locations.

Can I pick up in store?
Yes you can select store pick up when completing your order.

You can find us at 113 Fryers Street, Shepparton, Victoria.

Do you offer shipping?
Yes we offer shipping within Australia at a flat rate of $12 via Australia Post. Your tracking number will be forewarded to you once your order is dispatched. All orders above $150 ship Free Australia Wide.

 

Do you offer Express Shipping?
Yes we offer express shipping at a flat rate of $17 via Australia Post on all orders if preferred. Please choose this option at checkout.
